Sue Crook

It Started with a Duster

Sue prefers to work with natural fibres. She dyes and screen prints her fabrics then works into them with machine and hand stitching. Sometimes she uses paper in her work: either simply stitched paper or combining it with fabric to produce her stitched sketches. More recently, she has been developing her expertise in breakdown printing and producing a range of fabrics and scarves.
